You are not banned from anything, Adept.
You had quite a bit to prove coming into TRF, as many do. This is a tight knit community with many talented, respected writers who have put years of hard work into the excellent storyline this board boasts.
You clearly needed to spend some time working on your RP/writing skills to bring them up to a level acceptable to the members of this board. You are new, and that is ok - we were all new at some point.
What do you do as a newbie? Well, introducing yourself and establishing your character is best done by creating a detailed, well written character biography in the bio forum. You haven't done that, posting a thread that says "I'll get to it later" is a really bad first impression. A lot of groups won't take you based on that right there, because you have no other RP resume. If you were having trouble writing a character bio, you could have asked for help and/or skipped to step 2.
Step 2: You start your own RP, the Astoria is a good place. You work on your writing skills either on your own or perhaps opposite a more experienced player who could coach you. You should also at this point be familiar with the rules, as well as actively reading other's RPs in the battlegrounds to see how things should be done. Look at Ahnk's work, Simon Kaine, Omnae, Seth Vinda... you can tell the good ones as soon as you see them. If you can't... this isn't a good place for you.
Third, when Leia Organa Solo PMs you and suggests that you should stay out of the OOC drama and focus on your IC work to gain respect around here, you listen to her instead of doing something stupid like this.
Fourth, drop the defeatist attitude and don't run around naming names and starting drama. You are new, expect the criticism and try listen to it: it can help you. The people you listed above are most likely to give it, and they aren't simply being cruel - they usually have a point. People are willing to help coach you and you have clearly recieved offers. Take them, all of them. Leave Beff alone, he bites. Drop the group idea, focus on establishing a character first. Building your own group comes later. Start out small, work your way up. Gain experience, work on your skill. Earn respect.
What else could I possibly tell you? At this point if you really want to RP here, I suggest making a new username with a real character name, and starting over.
